FOOD PHILOSOPHY ~ Everyday, delicious two-course breakfasts are created, including freshly baked homemade sourdough bread. At sunrise, breakfast ingredients are selected from the organic gardens and fruit orchards, and these are combined with the best produce sourced from small, local organic producers. Jams, honey, fruits and vegetables are from the vegetable garden and organic eggs are kindly supplied by Follonico’s free-range chickens and ducks. Follonico offers also the chance to have farm-to-table dinner onsite, a couple of times a week and upon reservation.
