WHAT TO EXPECT ~ Masseria Prosperi is a perfect mix of nature, animals and elegance. This cosy farmhouse is hidden in the countryside of Otranto, just 10 km from the village and 1.5 km from the beach. The property offers a relaxation area including an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, hydro-bikes, a steam room and a massage room, a garden with a pergola and an outdoor swimming pool. Guests with horse-riding experience can live particularly special moments with Mercedes riding to the lakes or to the beach, and if you are passionate about yoga you will be able to book private classes surrounded by the beautiful countryside. With its 8 rooms, Masseria Prosperi can accommodate up to 23 people and it offers the option of renting the whole house for photoshoots, special occasions and weddings. FOOD PHILOSOPHY ~ The vegetable orchard makes Masseria Prosperi 80% self-sufficient, while seasonal fruit and typical produce are sourced from local producers. Antonio will delight you with a simple and genuine farm-to-table cuisine.
COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY ~ Sharing their own sustainable lifestyle, Mercedes and her family offer you a stay in harmony with nature and a deep connection with the environment. Moreover, during winter the heating system works through a boiler that uses recycled driftwood collected on the beach. In summer, the water is heated using solar panels. Natural treatments are used to purify water and the Masseria provides all guests with a water dispenser to refill their canteens. Masseria Prosepri is also committed to enhancing local traditions by letting you know about events taking place in the area and village festivals.
