Prices start from 170 euro per night.
FOOD PHILOSOPHY ~ Ristorante Della Casa offers fresh local ingredients cooked by the hotel’s nutritionist Chef, who loves to change the menu daily to focus on fresh seasonal ingredients and local fish.
COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY ~ At Principe di Salina the staff care about their little island and do their best to always select the best approach when it comes to preserving it. This was the first hotel in Salina to have installed solar panels for the production of energy and they offer a daily menu, to reduce waste while proposing only fresh seasonal ingredients.
