WHAT TO EXPECT ~The Pitschieler Family are looking forward to welcoming you at Mea Via Slow Farm. The property is at 1,405 meters above sea level in the unexplored South Tyrol mountain village of Bulla. Here, between Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi, the pace is set by nature, while centuries rich of traditions still define the present. Located right in the heart of the Dolomites, you choose Mea Via if you are looking to recharge from the city life having time to breathe and to flourish. Simply enjoy and regenerate: Mea Via offers hay flower baths, a sauna, relaxation rooms and a sun terrace for you to fully unwind. A regenerative experience through the power of Alpine nature. Prices start from 99 euro per person/per night, including half board service.

FOOD PHILOSOPHY ~ The restaurant proposes modern reinterpretations of Alpine cuisine and the warm taste of Italian specialities. Mea Via follows the Slow Food philosophy offering sustainable and genuine delicacies. The chef selects all her produce and ingredients, sourced locally or produced directly by the Slow Farm. All wines from small wine-growing families, who are all committed to environmental conservation and avoid the use of any chemicals. Mea Via also offers their own production wine, pressed by a professional winemaker by using local grape varieties of Lagrein and Vernatsch, with a production limited to 300 bottles per annum.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY ~ Appreciation, respect and dedication. And time. Together with the Slow Food proposal designed to offer you sustainable and genuine delicacies, these are the main elements of Mea Via’s recipe for long-term pleasure. To time out your everyday life, all you need is to slow down and benefit from the healing power of Alpine nature. Mea Via’s wellness area has been developed around the natural element called fën : hand-cut alpine flower hay of local mountain pasture. The spa offers a private relaxation room, to benefit from the thousand active substances of up to 80 different grasses, herbs and flowers, and two types of sauna, for a regenerating experience to relax after an active day in the Dolomites.
